OEM & custom

Your brand on the bag, our factory behind it

Private label is the normal way to buy in this trade. Tell us the size, the bag and the artwork, and the cartons arrive with your name on them.

Paper-wrapped chopsticks

Private label

Built around your market, not our catalogue

Retail chains in Indonesia want 50-piece hanging bags. Gulf caterers want 1,000-piece bulk cartons. We pack to whichever standard sells in your market, under your own brand.

Printing runs on paper wrap, OPP film and the outer carton. Minimum is 1,000 cartons per printed item; below that we can still supply in neutral packing.

What can be customised

Six things you control

Everything below is quoted separately, so you only pay for what you actually need.

01

Length & diameter

From 90 mm to 400 mm, Ø 1.8 mm to 5.0 mm, cut to your tolerance.

02

Point profile

Single point, twin point, flat teppo, or blunt end for machine feeding.

03

Inner packing

OPP bag, paper wrap, shrink film, or kraft sleeve with window.

04

Bag count

20, 50, 100, 500 or 1,000 pieces per bag, with or without header card.

05

Carton printing

One or two colours, your logo, barcode and market-specific labelling.

06

Pallet & loading

Loose cartons or palletised, with or without edge protectors.

Custom order flow

From artwork to first container

A printed order takes about two weeks longer than a neutral one, mostly for the dieline proof.

  1. 01

    Artwork

Send AI, PDF or 300 dpi PNG. We check bleed and barcode placement.

  2. 02

    Dieline proof

A flat proof of bag and carton, back to you in 2–3 days.

  3. 03

    Printed sample

One finished bag and carton couriered for your approval.

  4. 04

    Mass production

25–35 days including printing and drying time.

  5. 05

    Loading

Photos of every pallet before the doors close.

Not sure whether your volume qualifies?

Send the annual quantity you expect. If it is below our printing minimum we will say so honestly and suggest neutral packing or a smaller test order instead.
