We are a factory. Splitting, shaping, polishing, sorting and packing all happen in our own workshop, which is why we can adjust a size or a packing method quickly.

500 cartons per size for neutral packing, 1,000 cartons per size for printed packing. A mixed container of several sizes is welcome.

30% deposit by T/T and 70% against the copy of the bill of lading. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above one 40HQ container. PayPal is fine for sample fees.

The approved sample is kept on file and sealed. Every production batch is compared against it, and pre-shipment photos are sent before the container is closed.

Every stick is polished and hand-sorted on a lit table. A small amount of natural variation is unavoidable in bamboo, but splintered or discoloured sticks are removed before packing.

We use natural bamboo without bleaching or chemical coating. Food-contact migration testing can be arranged through a third-party laboratory on request.

Yes — round and tensoge chopsticks, wrapped or unwrapped, from 18 cm to 24 cm. They can ship in the same container as skewers.

Report it with photos within seven days of arrival. If the damage comes from packing or loading on our side, we replace the affected cartons in the next shipment.

We ship to most ports in Southeast Asia, the Gulf, North Africa and Europe. Send the port name and we will confirm the route and transit time.
