All dimensions are nominal. Tolerance ±0.2 mm on diameter and ±2 mm on length.

Bamboo is split, shaped, polished and packed inside the same compound. That keeps lead times short and quality consistent from the first carton to the last.

What buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
500 cartons per size for standard items, and 1,000 cartons per size for custom printing. A mixed container of several sizes is fine — we will help you build the mix.
Can you print our logo on the bag and carton?
Yes. We print on paper wrap, OPP bag and outer carton. Send us your artwork as AI, PDF or a high-resolution PNG and we will return a dieline proof before printing.
How long does production take?
15–25 days after deposit for standard packing, 25–35 days for custom printing. We confirm the exact date in the proforma invoice.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you cover the courier. Custom samples take 7–10 days and the sample fee is deducted from your first order.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate. Fumigation-free declaration and food-contact test reports are available on request.
