Factory
A bamboo workshop built for container orders
Our workshop sits close to the bamboo growing area, which keeps the raw material fresh and the cost predictable. Everything from splitting to final packing happens on one site.
About us
Close to the bamboo, close to the port
Bamboo grows within a few hours of the workshop. Poles are cut, split and shaped while the material is still green, which is what keeps the finished stick straight and free of cracks.
The same compound holds the shaping lines, the polishing and sorting tables, the packing area and the finished-goods warehouse. Nothing is subcontracted, so the lead time quoted is the lead time you get.
- Raw material sourced locally, not bought on the open market
- Shaping, polishing, sorting and packing under one roof
- Two hours from Shanghai and Ningbo loading ports
Capability
What the workshop can do
Four production stages, each with its own quality checkpoint and its own written record.
Raw material
Bamboo selected by age, diameter and moisture, then stored under cover before splitting.
Shaping
Round, flat and twin-point profiles cut to your tolerance, with the point angle checked every batch.
Polishing & sorting
Mechanical polishing followed by hand sorting on lit tables to remove splinters and discolouration.
Packing
Bagging, sealing, carton printing and palletising, all inside a dust-separated packing area.
